We were absolutely desperate when I picked up the phone early Sat. morning Jan. 5th and started calling numbers at random to get our car moved to our son, a college student doing an internship in LA. The company we had paid to do so was Direct Express Auto Transport, who took our deposit and told us on Dec 12th that it would be no problem to have the car delivered by Jan 5th at the latest. They never even picked it up and were rude, and unprofessional. Sam was the 1st person to answer my call. He owns his business and promised to get the car picked up the following Monday. He called several times to confirm and didn't even ask for a deposit. He took our situation personally and made every effort to help. He also kept us posted on our car's progress as it traveled across the country. When the truck was held up in Colorado Sam kept us apprised and even offered a partial refund. His honesty and helpfulness were such a contrast to what we had experienced with the other company. I would use #1 Auto Transport again without hesitation. I would recommend this company to anyone.
