No refund!

I cancelled the agreement before a truck was dispatched because they changed the time of pick up and wanted more money.

I cancelled on March 27th and still have not received a refund. They do not return phone calls and lie about why a check has not been sent. One rep send it went out on a Monday and another rep said it was still on the list to go out.

I just want my refund. I hate dealing with liars.

Mr Gleason has received his full refund. We had sent it out earlier and it took 2 and a half weeks for us to get it back in the mail. We apologize for the inconvenience.
