Bad Decision Selecting Your Company

The customer service operations were hardly available or open. No matter how many messages I left on the answer machine, none was returned. I was misinformed on several occasions. It would have been nice to hear accurate information from the numerous representatives I spoke with. An example of accurate information is, "the car would arrive at your selected destination in 30 days". Your business hours, posted on internet are not the same as stated by customer service representative. I do not fault your company as much as I blame myself for choosing your organization. The misleading hours of operation was a clear validation as too the bad service I'd received from your organization. I fault myself for the horrendous decision in selecting your company to transport my vehicle. When the Vehicle arrived I could not inspect the vehicle because of the dirt. I did not receive door to door service when both locations were perfect for door to door service. Driving 15 miles from my home to receive my vehicle is not my definition of door to door. I truly understand flexibility so I said to you, thank you and I hope your overall service improve greatly.
