Like most here, I bought into Ryan's story about great service, being a shipper and not a contractor. The car was supposed to be picked up on the 18th of Jan. Of course, now I can't get ahold of anyone there. Once I got a rude employee who wanted to argue with me about her not calling me back as promised. This went on and on.
I called another company who promply picked up the car and delivered it as a pro should. I requested a refund on 2-1-07 and of course haven't heard a word from them. Several E Mails and phone calls have been met with silence. I've contacted the BBB in hopes of a refund.

They are, by far without a doubt the worst company I've ever had to deal with.

The Order ID for this order is incorrect. We do work with over 200 customers a week and the few we are unable to satisfy to the best of our ability we take very seriously and know all their situations personally. From the order details, this appears to be in regards to the Lexus. We had a driver who wanted to pick this up earlier as there was a change in route. This is a common feature about our service which normally works out to everyone's advantage and to expedite the transit time. The car was not able to be released and the following driver was not able to pick up until the following week. On January 25th, we spoke with Mr Vendt and left a message for the pick up customer saying the car would be picked up that day. The following morning, we received confirmation from the driver that the customer would not release the car to him. We take very seriously customer satisfaction and tried twice to pick up Mr. Vendt's car. Customer also stopped payment on his deposit so no refund is due to customer.
