transport my sons car

originally made reservation with ryan, was told i was not able to put on credit card, had to fax a check to secure my reservation time. Did so 30 days in advance. never heard from them again. two days before the date of pick-up i started to call north american, was told that they did not know what happened to the driver by a girl named kira, she kept telling me that he was not picking up his cell phone. finally she called me back and said the the truck was broke down and if i could wait a couple of days. i agreed. the couple of days went by and never heard from the again. i ended up with a new transport company to get my sons car to ca, this was in july and here it it march and i am stilling fighting for my deposit back. ironically after many conversations with christine , and her promises that the check is in the mail, you can no longer get a hold of north american auto transport, their phone numbers are disconnected. i have never shipped any autos before. this was not a good first impression of the industry. I was lied to by ryan, he said that they owned their own trucks, i was totally dissed by kira, after talking to her she would never return my calls, and this was sometimes hard to get a hold of them because of the time zone difference. and i was lied to by christine, tina, and ruth, they all said the the deposit was on the way. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY if they are still in business.
