This is the second time I used No Limits. The first time was great and went without a hitch. This time has been a nightmare!!! They erroneously charged my credit card an additional $2100. They upped the bid to the driver but didn't tell me, so the carrier held my car hostage for a day. It was agreed that I pay the difference then Joe was going to send me a check as a refund. That was a month and a half ago and I have a trail of emails stating that he's going to check into it when he gets to the office. I even offered to write a positive review when I got the check but obviously that didn't motivate him to keep to his word.
I'm sorry that I trusted them to keep their promise and I hope that they realize that sending me the money that they owed would have come back to them tenfold since I transport cars often PLUS I would have actually encouraged people to do business with them.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

Update: After posting this review, Joe asked me to remove it, yet still failed to provide me with the refund. I agreed to remove the review when the money was in my account. He actually contacted Transport Reviews and denied doing business with me so that the review would be removed. After I produced a long trail of emails promising my refund over and over, the review was re-posted,
I have had numerous responses concurring that this is common business practice for No Limits Logistics Inc.
Ethics do not seem to be a part of their business practice. Once again....if you want to deal with a company that has some integrity and honesty, STAY AWAY FROM NO LIMITS LOGISTICS INC.
