This was the worst company I've ever worked with. After scheduling a pick up of 3 cars and paying a total of $600 upfront, I was told the driver would be there on a Friday, 3 days later we were still waiting for the driver and absolutely zero communication from Terrence. After many phone calls, I FINALLY received a call back from a belligerent Terrence, saying the driver had trouble with his vehicle and another driver would be by. Yes, he finally showed up and when he delivered the cars, he demanded I pay him, in cash, a price totaling $300 MORE than what was quoted. I called Terrence and I was told to pay the driver the money and he would refund me the $300. That was in May and I still haven't received any refund. This company bills itself as being reliable and honest. my experience was they were neither reliable or honest. Do yourself a favor and look for another company. This company should be shut down.
