Horrible, Liars, Scammers

First off, i was told that No Limit specializes in military moves. Well i set up a reservation on may 4th 2012 to be deleiverd from ny, to fort rucker alabama on august 9th. It is still the 19th and I have no vehicle. A $195 deposit these guys take and then never return phone calls. I called about a week before pickup and i was told by Terrance not to worry, its all taken care of and a driver was assigned. The day before and day of when my car was supposed to be delivered i was sent straight to voicemail and never had a call returned. I was lied to time and time again, my car was never picked up by a driver and still remained on the dispatch board well after my delivery date., and the owener robby hid behind his email, only returning an email when i said i wanted to cancel. These guys claim to be a 5 star service, but they clearly are inexperienced, unprofessional and have no customer service skills. Ive had to rent a car for the last 11 days, and find another company to ship my car (who picked it up the day after i called after i told them what no limit did to me). They are liars, scammers and will not do anything about it but sit around and make excuses and lie so they can make a measly buck. So much for military service guys

This Customer was in a rush and we do not run a taxi service over here at NO Limit Auto Shippers. We do not take charges until the vehicle is dispatched out this particular customer wanted me to charge them on reservation and I did. after the customer called 100 times a day throughout the 3-5 day window we set for them we refunded the $195
