Sue took care of everything for me. She always called when she said she would and was on top of everything. The car arrived early, so I didn't need a rental for very long. The car arrived in the same condition it left in. One strange thing occurred while I was waiting for Sue to call for the pickup time. I got a call from a lady at another car transport company who said that she worked for Nitro and she had a pickup time for me. I said that I was dealing with Sue and she said she knew her. The woman sounded shady, so I said that I would call Sue and have her take care of the pickup. Sue told me that she didn't know any other woman who worked with her and that it was another company trying to snipe my business. Be careful folks.
