Thank you Sue Wright and Nitro. This was my first experience with moving a car. I moved cross country from MD to CA. I honestly believe if it wasn't for Sue, it never would have happened or at the very least not before I left and I didn't want to leave my car behind for someone else to be responsible for it The original transport fell through and Sue worked in the final hours to find me another carrier and she did. She was available every time I called, always called me back and always did what she said she would. She even called me back on a Sunday afternoon. I can't speak highly of the carrier, but Nitro has no control over the carriers and my car did arrive undamaged.
