Terrible company policy!!

The company was supposed to pick up my car on 5-19-2013. They never showed up. I called countless times and if someone did happen to answer the phone, I was told they would call right back. I had to leave my car in Ca. and move to N.C. On 6-20-2013 they took $136.00 against my debit card. When I finally managed to get someone on the phone I was told it was for cancellation of the contract!! After repeated phone calls, Ms.Brooks finally said her boss said they would return my money. That was on 7-26. Still haven't received the credit for money they stole. Finally turned this over to my bank as an unapproved charge. This is unacceptable business practice. Evidently they "low-balled" the quote and then couldn't find a driver. My car is still in Ca.!! I have spent hours on the phone trying to resolve this problem. Don't trust this company!
