After having to wait for more than 30 days for another Broker get someone to make a pick up on my son's 2006 Scion up by the Canadian Border in Maine, I finally called Nick's USA Transport Inc. and told Charles Stevens about my situation and was told right off the bat that the location of my son's car was considered a Dead zone. That was understandable because any vehicle going up that far north would have to "Dead Head" before making the pick up. The honesty was greatly appreciated by both me and my son. Charles then said he would put the calls in for any truckers available to make the deal and let me know if anyone was available. I only had to wait 2 days for an answer that Nick's Transport had found a trucker (M & M Motors inc., Roseville, CA.), who would make the pick up for a few more bucks than what was originally quoted. From $1,535.00 to $1600.00, I jumped at the deal and held my fingers crossed. M & M told us that he would make the pick up between the 25 and 27th of November and deliver the car in California between the 6th and 8 of December. The Driver, Sabastian did exactly what he said he would do. Once in California, he turned the car over to a local carrier( Driver's name is Dave), who delivered my son's car on the 7th of December, totally INTACT, and without having to call us to ask for direction.

My son and I are extremely satifsfied with how Nick's USA handled the contract and how M & M Motor Inc followed through with outstanding work and cooperation.

I wish all companies would be this effecient and cooperating with customers. THANK YOU
