Was contracted to move a car for Nex Day. The car was picked up on Mar 12th and delivered 11am on the March 13th with no issues and signed bills of lading. The contract was set up for30 day pay. Today is the 21st of April and still no payment.

Any independant haulers do your self a favor and run the MC numbers to check if they are current. Nex Day has aquired 8 negative ratings this past month alone on Central Dispatch for non payment to other independent owner operators.

Currently filing against the bond company and filing court proceeding.

After talking to Bobby today he could not even admit he was one of the owners
