Save yourself a great deal of anxiety, headache, and money -- find anyone else to take care of your move. From grossly underestimating the move and being nagged for more money on the van, to having two deliveries because half of the belongs were left in Miami, this company does not make many attempts to provide quality customer service once the contract is signed. It has now been two months since my move and I am still missing belongings, not to mention waiting to hear back about all the damaged items that arrived. Additionally, I still have someone else's belongings here -- clearly labeled. Nancy Currie -- if you read this, let me know if you want your box. Specifically, John Alexander, the customer service rep -- clearly needs a refresher as he argues with you each time you're lucky enough to get him on the phone.
