My wife and I stumbled on New World Auto Transport the day we were scheduled to leave North Carolina to pick up our ministry van. My wife called and spoke to Steve and in the next few moments we had opted to have NWAT bring our ministry van out of New York City and delivernit to our home/office. There is nothing that they did that was not 100 per cent perfect and completely above board. They were honest with us from the start to completion. The men that delivered the van to us were knowledgeable, very polite and knew what they were doing. That was very visible to me and a neighbor that was watching this van come off their trailer. As for the pricing, let me tell you that no-one will ever beat that price, Steve was from the beginning very professional, honest and did everything he said he would do. Steve went a bit further and called me to let me know of something that he really did not need to tell me since the pickup date was open waiting for the proper truck to become availible. The biggest thing with this job for Steve was that it required a special truck to load our van, why you ask; it did not move. It had a transmission problem. This was no problem for these folks at all. In short would I call them again, WITHOUT A DOUBT!!. I have already given their number to other folks I have spoken to in our ministry.
