I would say this company knows what they are doing. They picked up as promised and delivered a day early! What a surprise that was! The only thing that needs improvement is communication. The fellow at New World Auto Transport, Don, was exceptionally nice and courtesy, however, when I was trying to coordinate the pick-up for some reason the driver wasn't contacting the pickup place. He eventually did, but not when we asked. This gave me and the pickup place some frustration. It all worked out in the end and the two drivers who delivered my vehicle were very nice and honest guys. I would use this company again. Thanks to Don and the drivers!
