Phil was great to deal with. We had a couple miscommunication issues, but nothing major. This was my first time having a car shipped to me and he kept reassuring me everything would work out. It was stressful thinking about it, but in the end it was all good and my 1991 VW Vanagon arrived in perfect condition to me in Milwaukee, WI. That's 2000 miles away from where it was shipped from! The truck driver was great as well, and gave me enough notice of when to expect the vehicle. I would use New World again for sure. Nice folks and a good price.
