I did my due diligence and this broker was in my top 3. Since I called them first they became my first choice. My initial talk with Mr. Warner was pleasant and informative. He explained how the car would be shipped, price structure etc..
He sent me a quote that was correct in price. I took a few days to organize my transport and called Mr. Warner back, I left a message and waited a few days. No call back. I then called again and talked to Mr. Warner, he wasn't able to talk and he told me he was going to call back in 5 minutes. He never did.
I thought this company was a good fit with my transport but I guess business is too good and they can drop potential customer.
I signed up with another transporter that will most likely do as good as a job than New World Auto. They lost...
