HUGE misunderstanding

Ok so I have contacted this review site and am trying to get my original review pulled and updated to reflect how the problem was found/ corrected/ and followed up on to make sure this will not happen again.

Originally there was an issue with getting my car picked up. Dates where set and missed and a lot of communication was missed. I sent an email to the company asking what the hell is going on. With in 30 mintues I received 2 phone calls from managers at NWT explained a few in house issues that were corrected, and with in 45 mintues of the email I sent to the company I had a truck dispatched to my house and my car is officially on it's way to my tuner to get fixed.

I must say I was originally pretty pissed about everything but I am extremely pleased that my problem was just a simple fluke that was easily corrected. I hope that my original review does not sway someone away from this company. Ray, Steve, and Denise are upstanding people and will get your automobile where it needs to go. I again will only use these guys for when I will again break my car. (racing is an expensive hobby)

1.) had an issue
2.) Ray got it corrected and my car picked up in less then 24 hours
3.) I am currently working with this site to get my original review pulled (6/20/11)
4.) Will only use NWT for transporting any of my cars
