Debra and Rachel were fantastic in assisting me with transporting my car to the shop and back, which was eight hours away. They consistently kept me informed about the expected arrival time for both pick-up and delivery. There were no problems with either transaction, and the shipper returned the car within a day during Thanksgiving week.
