I recently needed my car to be moved from Hollister CA to Santa Clarita CA. I made a booking with New Way a month before. The day before the scheduled pick-up, the driver canceled. It was stressful as I had to travel the next day. New Way's dispatcher, Giselle was so helpful. My car was transported 8 days after the scheduled date. She kept trying continuously every day until she found a driver. ( 4 drivers accepted the booking but canceled last minute) She was so kind and compassionate. Really appreciate her support and customer service. She is the best person to approach for your car transportation needs. She was constantly texting and updating me so that made me feel so comfortable. THANK YOU, GISELLE! YOU ROCK!
