Used this service twice . The first trip with my motorcycle was smooth. The second time I used New Way From New Jersey to Florida they were on time, however on the return from Florida to nj, the trip was booked way in advance, transport was 2 weeks later than expected and the price was jacked up 475.00. Like a fool, I Decided to give this company one more try trucking my mororcycle from Florida to Arizona in December of this year. I booked an ENCLOSED tractor trailor over 2 months in advance and paid a deposit of 175.00. Bike was scheduled to be picked up on or about December 10. I never received a phone call so I called them around the 15th. They told me the OPEN tractor trailer would be there the next day even though an ENCLOSED trailor was booked. They Also jacked up the price from 600 to 725. I cancelled my trip with them because of their incompetencies. I called and emailed the owner michael and left a message to get my deposit money back. I never heard from them. I will not use this company again.
