As the customer stated all that happened last year and it wasn't in August it was in November.
The customer notified that due to the pickup location, vehicle condition and the weather delays will occur on pickup.
We had tried to contact the customer many times with NO luck to reach him, we emailed him and left him a lot of messages but couldn't reach him.
We can provide a copy of all the calls logs and emails log as a proof.
After we couldn't reach the customer, we had NO choice but to place the order on hold, the customer had never contacted us requesting to cancel and/or refund in any way.
This is very unfortunate that he is contacting this website for refund instead of the company itself as this website is NOT a part of the company.
We will be more than happy to resolve this issue with this customer if he will contact us directly.
