Moving a 2nd vehicle cross country made easy!!

First of all these people were extremly thorough. I was nervous as can be because of moving from the place I was born and raised all the way cross country to Tennessee from California. They called me when they were in California and let me know that they could pick my car up earlier if I would like if not they would do the pick up at normal time. Earlier in all reality made things ALOT easier on me with such a big move and having to have everythingelse ready.

When they arrived to pick up my vehicle the 2 gentlemen whom I can not remember their names were the best truckdrivers I have been around in a long time ( I am a truck drivers daughter ). They werent in a hurry to get the car on the ramps and loaded this shows their thoroughness. They went over every single little mark on my vehicle with me not only did they point them out to me they did a diagram of the vehicle so if ANYTHING happened the insurance would pay for it. That right there made me feel like they cared about me and my belongings.

They did have a break down on the way to Tennessee and called me to let me know that the drop off would be a day later. When I informed them they were beating us to Tennessee and that my motherinlaw was not able to drive a stick shift. They were kind enough to drive the vehicle to her home and lock it up for us and then she returned them to the truck. Talk about great customer service. I was thoroghly pleased with this company and would use them again.
