Having used New Way back in May to transport our car cross country, we again used them to bring it back to Florida. I dealt with Debra again, and she was again wonderful to work with. Very friendly and did remember me from May! She was able to arrange a timely pick up of our car and overall the experience with New Way was as good as it was in May. I would definetly recommend them to anyone. The only real issue we had was that the car arrived in Fl early...before we had even left Calif. After a few calls, I was able to get my friend to meet the driver and arrange for pick up. But the driver and his boss were nice to work with and the car arrived undamaged. We were happy with the whole arrangement.
