This company will promise you anything you want to hear. After the contract is signed and your deposit taken LOOK OUT!!!!

My experience is they promised a driver would contact me 3 to 4 days before the window period with an exact date for pick up. Two days outside the window period no contact from them so I called. I am told they said they would try to contact me 3 to 4 days out. What a lie.

Then I am told they called my secondary number and was told it was to early to pick up my cars. Another lie, the secondary line was dead and I had just put it on the charger. Of course, they said it was a mistake they must have called another customer. My contact person was Mary. Mary told me there were no drivers to transport my car therefore but they were still working on it.

Two hours later I received a telephone call from Brandon telling me he maybe able to find a driver if I was willing to pay more. After filing a dispute with my credit card company and cancelling the contract I received another call telling me what I got wrong. I hung up.

What I got wrong was doing business with them in the first place. Avoid undue stress and drive yourself or deal directly with the transporter. NEVER PAY A DEPOSIT UP FRONT.
