DO NOT USE!!! Fraud! Horrible customer service

The worst experience I have ever had with any company. They said they would move my car for the quoted amount $1,075 and that they could do it in 3 days if I could pay up to $1,175. Over the next 6 days I was only called with an offer at $1400 to move my vehicle. At this point I decided that I should go elsewhere, I couldn't get a call back from Scott (sales guy), Robin the dispatcher was absolutely horrible to work with, extremely rude, talks over you, etc. etc..

I had New Way note in my contract that if I wasn't contracted with a moving company that I entitled to a full deposit.

Here is a quote from the contract:
"CUSTOMER WILL BE ENTITLED TO A FULL REFUND OF THE DEPOSIT AS LONG AS THE DRIVER HAS NOT BE ASSIGNED OR IS NOT ON HIS WAY TO THE ACTUAL PICKUP LOCATION. "

I sent 5+ emails and numerous calls to the company over 2 months, and received no refund. The only contact I finally got was an email stating they would give me a partial refund. Needless to say that was not acceptable, I guess they aren't competent enough to read their own writing, what part of FULL REFUND do they not understand?? Anyhow, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE.
