Did not pay toll and not ready to help to connect me to carriers

I booked my car to be transported from Maryland to Minnesota. Initially the agents were helpful and they took the details and scheduled the pickup of the car.
They are just brokers so they engaged third party for transporting the vehicle. Pickup was good, delivery was on time.

After a month of delivery of vehicle I got the Toll violation for 140.50$ from Illinois Toll department.
I called up New Way moving company to help me on that. No good response from them, I tried claling them multiple times and the lady who receives calls at 'Despatch' department- did not cooperate at all. She was not willing to provide the contact information of Trcking company who moved the vehicle.
She said I will send the phone number on email and was not ready to tell it over the phone. One month counting I am still waiting email from her. Either she does not know how to send email or she is not willing to share the phone number of their trucking company.

I was able to find the detalils of trucking company myself and to my surpirise they were willing to pay the amount to me.
I was quite surprised that the Truck Drivers are more honest than New Way moving company..

Overall New Way moving Company scores 1/10 and Trucking Company (Haj Trucking Inc) 10/10.

I will definitely not use New Way moving company or will not suggest to any of my friends, however Haj Trucking Inc. - I will be happy to do business with them.
