The company is very great. They work hard to secure a carrier match with customer affordability.
Once the carrier is secured,the rest is a peace of cake.
Robert is very business like.He want customer to be happy. He call repeatedly to keep customer aware of what they were doing.
Yellin and Mary are dispatchers.If you call and cant get one,you will get the other. Yellin does the trouble shooting, always on the move,calling around, making contacts with careers,finding the right career with affordable price under the direction of Robert.
They got the best career that transported my car safely and secured. The career called to let me know step-by-step where they were and exact time they would arrive at my door. These are great group.
I do not think that Robert went on lunch break once a contract is signed.He always available,took phone calls himself and gave detail where they were and what the next move was.
Talk nice with confidence and assurance. I am happy with them.
