After getting my truck back, it was realized the entire hood, and parts of the front side fenders had NEW scratches all over the place. The trucker took before and after photos, and it’s clear as day that they WERE NOT there before/at pickup, but damn sure arrived to me covered jn scratches. Wish to god I could leave photos on a review. To make matters worse, Neptune is now nowhere to be found when it comes to resolving the issues. Ridiculous. Lesson learned I guess for trying to save a few dollars and not using Montway or someone more reputable. Not to mention the truck carrier, Raptor, has awful reviews for miles on the web, yet that’s who Neptune thought would be a good idea to hire for this job? I absolutely implore any customer to avoid Neptune.
Follow up:
After the trucking company denied responsibility, even though THIER photos are impossible to dispute, Neptune also quit on me. So I pretty much paid damn near 2000, just for my truck to get to me with roughly 30-40 scratches. Your a fool if you dont heed my warning to avoid this company
