I definitely will use Neptune Auto Transport again via Frank Wilson, who is professional and promptly communicated via texting at each step to ensure the shipping went smoothly. I worked with him until he found a driver that fit my schedule and budget; I then signed a contract and paid a $100 deposit. A day in advance, the driver contacted me to let me know whether he would arrive in the morning or afternoon, and also an hour prior his arrival. The driver was also professional and on time. All of this happened within a 1 week time frame to ship a vehicle from Orlando, FL to Mobile, AL. Thanks to the great team!
