I got a quote for my mother to move her care for $750 and everything was fine until the day of pickup when Navy Auto told be thay quoted too low a price and could not honor the signed contract. They raised the price to $940. Then, they still didn't have a driver. The car was supposed to be picked up on Friday and was not picked up until the following week. I called them at least a dozen times and could never get an answer out of them. Even the day of pickup they were off by 4 hours in their estimate. This was the worst buying experience of my life. Beware the company that warns you about their competitors. As if being just a little less disgusting is better.
