Joe Ortega from Navy Auto Transport took the time to explain the shipping process to me in detail. All aspects of this shipping process went very smooth and were exactly as explained to me by Joe. The carrier who picked up the vehicle was very professional and friendly. The pricing was very fair and exactly as much as the quoted price with no hidden charges or mark up. Pickup and delivery were on time and the carrier provided excellent communication with coordinating pickup and delivery. I will use Navy Auto Transport again in the future and have recommended them to family and friends. Thanks again for the stress free experience.
