The first transport broker I called on gave me the run around and couldn't "get it done".
Then Mario called and was honest, gave me the straight scoop on how it all works and what he could do for me. The price was fair, he had a Transport Truck to pickup my truck in AR in 30 min's, the pickup time was met as he said it would be,and the delivery time was also on time in TX as he told me it would be. I was so relieved when it was all done to have found a company "Navy Auto Transport and Mario" that could do what they said they could do..
Especially after having a bad & rocky start with the other transport broker.........
And the truck driver " JC " was polite and concerned about do the best job for me that he could.. Called me when he arrived to pick up the Truck , Called me when he had the truck loaded and headed my way ,called me that night to schedule a delivery time in the morning & called me 30 min's before arriving at my front door with my truck.. I appreciated that...Truck arrived with no issues. When I need a transport again I know who to call ""MARIO at NAVY AUTO TRANSPORT "
