This was my first time shipping the car myself. The service provided by Navy Auto Transport, being excellent can be trusted in the car shipping business rife with cut-throat competition. Joe was friendly, helpful & available at all times. He does not hesitate to walk the extra mile to ensure that you receive the best customer service possible. The car was shipped in less than 4 days from Pittsburgh, PA to Bellevue, WA!! All communication was timely, I was guided well by Joe and the car's condition was good when I received it. The cost was reasonable. Sometimes because of complexities involved, it does take some time for the pick-up, however in my case, they made all attempts possible to pick-up the car ASAP and indeed scheduled it right on the day of my departure. (as promised). I do recommend this service and am completely satisfied by it.
