Terrible. I signed a contact with them and made it very clear that I needed the car picked up by a certain date, because the seller needed it gone. Also, he was giving a $500 discount for getting it gone by that day. Navy said that was fine and they could do it. Then the day before, they called me and told me how they couldn't do it and it was going to be several days late. I reiterated the importance of it being picked up on time. Then they just stopped talking to me. So now I have an unhappy seller, I am out $500 and I do not know if I will be able to get the rare car I was trying to get. You have been warned.
