difficult location

I was transporting my old JEEP from a rural location - very isolated and not near any main trucking routes, so it was difficult to find a transport for the first leg from Chama, NM up to Denver. Charles did not give up and kept me informed of the progress the entire way. He was very courteous and very responsive through both emails and several phone calls. Once my JEEP was on it's way, it arrived on time and in good condition.

I had contacted several companies before NAVY and they were so slow, or totally unresponsive, that I was beginning to think that that was how all transport companies worked, but was pleasantly surprised when I found NAVY. Good prices, great service and dependable. In all, a very good experience!
