A bad deal

Vehicle was suppose to be picked up on 01/09 callled both GARY and Transported on 01/09 no one called back until later in the day. Gary stated having trouble getting a carrier at the original price of $625.00 . Gary called back and I was given another quote of $875.00 my vehicle was pickedup on 01/10 and delivered on time with out any problems.

I feel we were the victime of a bate and switch on 12/18/2014 we were given a price of $625.00 when it came time to pickup our vehicle on 01/09/2015. No truck could be found however a truck was found the same day but later in the day for $875.00.

A classic bate and switch that cost us $250.00

We will never do business with NAVY AUTO TRANSRORT and will send a copy ot this reply to all consumer agencies in New Jersey and Florida
