When I was choosing a transport company and reading reviews, the majority of criticisms were about p/u and drop off times. These factors are affected by so many variables, that one has to understand all companies can only give estimated days and times. Putting one’s self in a position of “must have at a prescribed day and time”, especially over a long distance, is a set up for disappointment by any company. My wife and I weren’t concerned about the time factor. Shipping from San Antonio, Texas, to Miami Florida, we contracted on a Monday, the car was delivered the following Saturday. Mario, with Navy Auto Transport, and the driver of the transport company he brokered with were pleasant, professional and very good at what they do. It is because of this quality service that every reviewer I read, bar none, gave them a 5 star rating. The fee was reasonable, nothing extra was charged but, contrary to an e-mail stating no money up front was needed, there was an initial deposit requested. I didn’t care as long as the total fee remained the same, Mario guaranteed it would, and it did. I put my faith in this company, I put my faith in Mario, and I am so glad that I did. Thank you, all!
