I used DAS in the past and should have gone with them this time to ship our 2 SUVs from CA to FL. The driver was late to pick up and delivered 20+ miles from our house in FL in the middle of the night by an off/ on ramp by the highway. This is after he had apparently driven much closer to the destination and decided to turn around and go back to the highway- an extremely dangerous and less than ideal scenario. It took over 2 hours to transport the 2 vehicles from the drop off location to where we were staying, not to mention we could not check the vehicles for damage because it was almost midnight not 6PM as originally promised. This was in NO WAY the door to door service that they promised. There was no scouting the locations beforehand or any professional communication between the trucking company, FAST FLEET, and us.
They NEVER answered their phone which was beyond frustrating. This company was less than professional and I would never do business with them again or Nationwide for that matter. It was a horrible experience and incredibly stressful. After reading the reviews on this site, I went with a company other than one that I had used twice before, DAS. I won't be doing that again and I suggest you stay away from them if you're smart.
