Terrible experience with this transport company, poor communication and customer service. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Made arrangement on 4/14 with Bob K. for a pickup on 6/7 from California to Pennsylvania and rec'd a quote of $850.00. I indicated that my son had to left on 6/7 and was guaranteed that a driver would be available.

Called back two(2) weeks later for status and was told by Bob K. that this is a common route and they would not have a driver until a few day before scheduled pickup. Again they guaranteed that a driver would be available and his car picked up.

Called them back again on Thursday 6/3 , spoke with Bob K. again still no driver. Called again on Saturday 6/5, spoke with Bob K. again, still no driver. Requested that I speak with a supervisor concerning this problem. Spoke with Jason, he will investigate this issue and call me back. Jason called back one time and promised to call back again but never did.

Spoke with NIck on Sunday 6/6. Salesman Bob K. and Nick were completely helpless and frustating to deal with. I Totally left in the dark concerning status of available driver.

Called back again on Monday, car was supposed to be picked up according to original arrangement. Spoke with Joe another supervisor and explain the situation to him. Joe promised to investigate and call me back. Joe called back and indicated that he made a few calls and was able get a driver, however it would cost $950.00 firm. Car was finally picked up and delivered for $950.00.

Firstly, I would like to apologize for things not going as smoothly as they NORMALLY do but his story is exaggerated because HE DID NOT PAY ANY EXTRA. WE REFUNDED him the difference so he did not pay extra as stated. The car arrived safely and in a timely manner. We NEVER guarantee any ONE specific pickup date nor should anybody in the industry. Bottom line here was that the car was picked up ONE DAY LATE AND ARRIVED THREE DAYS EARLY FOR THE PRICE ORIGINALLY QUOTED.
