Laki the Dispatcher was excellent. Great communication and effort as he had to find someone to pick up a vehicle in Oklahoma bring it to me in Kentucky and return a vehicle from me back to Oklahoma. He had no control over the trucker that accepted the load. The trucker was not on time on either end but the vehicles arrived unharmed which was the main goal.
