My first contact was with Phil who then put me in contact with Laki when I decided to make the booking.Laki was always respectful and courteous and returned every call and email.He even responded on his day off to reassure me.It was not his fault that the transporter lied about the pickup date(11/11/12).Was supposed to be picked up the 9th.The result of that delay my vehicle missed the boat to Hawaii as scheduled and had to go on the next.Vehicle was available for pick up today 12/7/12 and I am pleased with its condition .No issues.because of Laki I would recommend and use Nationwide again.Laki is a definite asset to the company.Respecfully, Sheldon Bardin
