this Co. should be called Nationwide highjackers!

this co. tends to under estimate your load so as to charge more after words,the truck was 3 days late for pick-up due to having to renew truck tags .did not have enough room on truck to pick up itemized furniture in contract then was 1and half weeks deladed due to expired truck tags! refused to pick up remaining furniture at residence,all the while telling me they would try to,through the week and days I waited for my things! then told me there was nothing to be done for me!but book another trip for 1600.$ more! as of today still waiting on my furniture to arrive while in my new empty home! This company caused me 3days missed work at new job and now says can deliver on sat. or sun. or mon. during a time I need to be out of town for business with new job I can not afford to miss,but they will glady put in storage which then I would have to make arrangements to pick up and pay for the storage price too ,this whole move has been a nightmare! thanks to Nationwide relocation serves!!! And also don't be fooled by the 'we're only the broker' found out they also own few of the van lines like American Van lines that they contract out to!! what abunch of liers!
