I want to make a note that the shipping company who actually shipped my vehicle was fantastic. Very responsive, customer service oriented and I would clearly use again.
My challenge is with how Nationwide Auto Transporters represented their service. We asked very direct questions on their relationship with delivery company and vehicle insurance details. After car was picked up, we received completely different answers to our questions and the response was "you should have read the contract and not trusted our representative blindly". When I asked to speak with their CEO, I was told he won't deal directly with his customers.
We have our car and the company that actually did all the work was very pleasant and I will try and contact them directly the next time I ship a car.
As for Nationwide Auto Transporters, take their advise and read the contracts before you sign and record your discussions with their agents as they are either not trained appropriately or just don't understand customer service.
