Jay turned a horrible situation from nexus auto into a miracle in one hour of booking and a pickup in less than 24 hours.
I learned that all brokers get $200 to book your trip and it is the drivers that set the prices for your car. So brokers can say anything they want but the driver will not pick up your car . That is what happened to me. I also want everyone to know that all the brokers can see the same thing which is all the trucks moving in the entire US. Nexus quoted me .58/ mile who would transport a car for that so yes I paid more $400 but the driver picked up my car in less than 24 hrs.
So don’t blame the broker for pricing but praise nationwide for getting the job done!!!
Jay stopped everything and assisted me because my flight was in 3 hours of my car being picked up. I hope u all understand how it works and go with nationwide and get your car there in perfect condition on time.
Nationwide is the only broker who was honest and explained how it all works. I would never call another broker but him to transport my cars. FYI I never got a call from other broker but within 5 minutes of my booking with nationwide they called 6 times and emailed 3. So just go with Nationwide and save yourself a lot of unnecessay aggravation and learn from my mistake.
