After receiving a email from Krystal with a bid of $725.00. And I advised when I called her that was a wrong that the bid was $850.00. and she had a driver that can pick up the truck that same day. I said ok and signed her paperwork and faxed back. Than the next day the truck was not picked up and I heard that broke down. I had also checked her paperwork out and asked her why did it say they could pick up the truck between Dec 5th and the 9th. She said that was wrong and it would be picked up on Dec 2nd. After many calls and emails I was told so many stories why the truck was not able to be picked up. I just said to her just be honest, I am a nice guy and I can understand a problem. She got so rude on the phone with me many times as I told her that I have very good ears and you don't need to raise your voice on me. After waiting 2 weeks I advised her to cancel out the order as I found another company that could pick up the truck tomorrow and I even talked to the drivers which are a double team and will be driving non stop to Los Angeles.
