Fraudulent charge to credit card

i first contacted them to ship a car to Texas. I recieved a quote and was told I needed to provide a credit card number to reserve a pick up slot, but was told that nothing would be charged to my card until I signed the shipping order form and gave my consent. I did some more checking and based upon what read on line, I decided not to use them. I emailed my declination of their service. I did not sign or send them the shipping order form. I thought I was done with them. However, about four hours later I recieved a written notice that my credit card had been charged for the deposit. I immediately called Charles and asked him why my card had been fruadulently charged. He wanted to know why I was not going to use them. I told him and after much discussion he agreed to refund the charge, which should not have been made in the first place. He said it would take two to three days to process. This was on a Friday 1/6/12, I checked my account and as of Wednesday 1/11/12, no such credit had been processed. I called and spoke to Charles again and he said that it was a mix up by their accounts payable and that a credit would be processed within a day or two. As of Monday 1/16/12 a credit has still not been processed.

We did absolutely move this vehicle as evidence by the info below. And for a $50 discount because Alan explained that he fell on hard times.
