Mike Koberstein did an great job of keeping me informed as to when the truck was going to be picked up in Tacoma Wa, and delivered and to me here in upstate NY.Kurt,the driver called me the night before to tell me when he was going to be at my delivery point.When he arrived the battery was low and the temp was around 0, so he had a booster with him and fired it up and unloaded it.Other than being covered with salt from the NY State Thruway every thing was fine-no dents,dings,scrapes,etc .Great job to both Mike and Kurt.Thank You very much And I will use them again if I need another vehicle transported-Mark
