From phone call, to pick up of our vehicle to delivery everyone was polite and very knowledgeable. They explained as how we would be contacted within a certain number of days and in fact this was done. Cost of the transportation from the west coast to the east coast was reasonable. We needed to get vehicle to our son in North Carolina who was involved in a serious auto accident and needed it. If we were to drive it there from California, it would of cost us double + the amount. We were quite surprised and happy as how everything turned out. Would recommend National Transport to all who needed the use of an open carrier.
